TAKELOT.COM DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE

I would rate Takelot -5 if that was an option. Absolutely shocking service from Takealot. I bought a brand new expensive Samsung washer dryer combo still in partial packaging with a broken panel behind the dispenser drawer. Takealot insists that the item must be returned to Samsung! After a month and endless correspondence with multiple Takealot 'agents' advising them of the same problem which is that Samsung refuses to repair any items bought from Takealot, I am daily receiving conflicting emails, either apologizing for the item not collected, to telling me to contact Samsung, to enquiring if I was offered a credit note!!! According to Samsung, all Takealot products are either Demo products, or damaged in the warehouse or damaged during transit, and Samsung will not undertake any repairs of items bought from Takealot. Absolutely Shocking!!! Please can anybody from Takealot or Samsung sort this out PLEASE!
