Takelot.com and there bad service!

Highly disappointed right now!!! Bought a laptop for my daughter at takelot.com. first time open it and smoke came out of it. I phoned them and they said I must send it back. I drove from Paarl to Montague Gardens to return it. Un till today no feedback. I phoned them again. Now they are telling me that there is a lose ***** on the laptop! Really??? I did not touched it at all!!! The return was did in there so called 30 day money back policy and now still no laptop. What the hell? Please guy's don't buy from Takelot.com!!!
