Takelot zero customer care

I purchased a study desk for my daughter. It was cracked. I send it back. They sent the same desk back more damaged than before. No bolt *****s or manual. I log another return . Takelot sent it back. I payed R2500 for something I can't assemble or use. It been up and down to Takelot and back to me 7 times now they don't wanna refund me and they damaged the desk more every time the collected it. Please be careful. The Takelot of monety no product more customer service. Almost 3months im fighting a losing battle lost R2500 on a defective product. *********** people working there. Never again will I buy from Takelot. **** service.
