Takelot worst service ever.

Never in life I experienced poor service like this I ordered an item 7 days ago and it is not even collected for shipping, I called *** and held on for an hour without any answer only recording stating they are having high call volumes, proof to be bad service if they can not even answer a call in an hour. No need to explain further actions speak louder than words.
