Takelot = WORST online store in Africa

After waiting 2 weeks for my TV to be delivered, I finally got a message saying you TV will be delivered on the 5th April.

It never arrived. Then they said it would be delivered on the 6th April. It never arrived. Then they said the 9th April. It never arrived. Then they said the 10th April. Guess what, it never arrived.

During this time I called the call centre NINE TIMES. Each time they told me, dont worry we will get to the bottom of this and then call you back. Needless to say NO ONE CALLED ME BACK with where my R10 000 TV is.

It would have been easier going to the shops and buying the TV there. And cleverly when I said I want my money back I got told I can only get it in Takealot Credit.

ABSOLUTELY the worse company in South Africa. How can you NOT find the parcel with YOUR courier of choice?

Finally I spoke to a supervisor and they said, dont worry it will get delivered tomorrow. Anyone want to take a bet and say it doesnt arrive tomorrow.

This whole exercise has cost me in telephone bills, delivery costs and finally having my domestic work 4 etc days just to be able to receive the parcel.

Takealot is UNRELIABLE. If they say they going to deliver, dont make any plans because you got better chance of falling pregnant with Prince Williams baby.
