TAKELOT VERY POOR SERVICE

I am so dissapointed in Takealot. A week ago I ordered a White Garmin Vivoactive watch, Takealot said it would arrive on Friday. Friday came and it did not arrive. They shipped it to the wrong warehouse. So I waited the whole weekend, they said it will arrive on Monday.

It arrived on Monday- but in a black watch, NOT the white one I ordered. Now I have to wait 7-10 workdays for it to arrive.

This is abselutely unacceptable. My watch is already paid for, and now I have to wait more than a week for it to arrive because THEY made an error.

They are an National Company, HOW do they still, after the SECOND time still make these mistakes?

I am very dissapointed and hope that there will be actions taken.
