Takelot thriving during lockdown, but not looking after customers

Normally my experience with takealot is great. But in my last order, the order was not only delayed by two weeks, but items were missing. I realize this can happen at times, but there has been no accountability taken by takealot. While they are probably one of the companies that are making the most money during this Crisis... they have scaled back their responsibility and this is very sad to see....
