Takelot theft.

Firstly they sent me someone else’s order. My first call (10 calls more later) was to report this and I was told to return the entire order. I reordered the entire order but was refunded for 3 of the 4 items. 10 phonecalls later where they “escalated” the issue over 10 days, and the last one yesterday when the operator said she sees the problem and will issue a refund, which still hasn’t happened. Their CONTACT US doesn’t work at all. THIS IS BLATANT THEFT !! Order number ***
