Takelot ...... The worst online shopping site in SA

Ordered an item only to be told 8 days later and a day after seposed shipping date that they were out of stock. They then cancelled my order without any notification to me. I only saw that the order was cancelled after I tried to track my parcel.

After 6 working days of not receiving my refund, I contacted support staff as their help service indicated it should be in my account within 3-5 working days. They then responded that the problem was being dealt with and that their policy stipulates it would be refunded within 3-7 working days. I eventually received my refund 8 working days after the initial cancellation of the order. I then noticed that I was charged an admin fee by Takelot?!?! So I had to pay to receive what I consider to be the worst online shopping experience I have ever had?
