takelot terrible service

I ordered and paid for items on the 7th of September 2023- immediately when i saw there was no ebucks allocated i called them and asked them to cancel the order so i could redo it. they didnt and proceeded to deliver . i did not take delivery and asked for the refund. Needless to say , from the 8th when they advised a refund was done , to right now - over 6 working days later - i do not have my R10 548 in my account. I queried thrughout the last few days and was kept on being told i need to wait as the 5 days arent over....well its day 6 and i dont have my money.

It seems the consultants only deal in generic responses without a true understanding of payment refunds...they sent me proof of payment 3 times - and i have sent them my bank statement 3 times showing there is no refund showing. I work for the damn bank - do not tell me to go ask the bank where the money is- you made the payment - liaise with the bank and find out where the original money is-

i will be billing takealot interest per day that they have my money as i pulled this money out of an investment account to buy the items. i want my refund today - this is ridiculous.
