TAKELOT, TAKE BUT FAIL TO DELIIVER

We are very disappointed. We are regular customers and have acquired goods from the company via my law firm and in private (my wife)

Regrettably and recently wrong goods were delivered and a product that was purchased as birthday gift was not delivered.

Mistakes happen in any business, but the inability of the company to resolve these problems is shocking. You are send from pillar to post with no one appearing to show any interest in ensuring customer satisfaction. Right now the response la we are receiving are experienced as if it is the intention to frustrate us to the level that we give up and to eventually allow the company to appropriate our money without delivering anything in return.

This is unacceptable and if I was the owner of Takelot, I will consider this as a threat to the future of my company.
