Takelot support to customers is poor

Bought a RM 1800 Ryobi lawnmower from them and a year later Ryobi don't stock the blade at any shop.the machines blade slot is unique and I'm now stuck with a year old product which nobody in SA stocks the blade.i asked Takelot for help twice and was told to contact Ryobi myself.ryobi trading as Stevens and co don't sell to the public ...now it is my problem.this is not right R 2300 product worthless due to R200 blade no longer availible
