Takelot stole my money...

I've placed an order for 3 items and paid for delivery. One of my items which is a big item and the one I've been waiting do was cancelled by takealot due to the vendor being out of stock this is after waiting almost 2 weeks for my order to even be shipped. I receive a sms stating that my items will be delivered the next day. I checked my app to to find out my main item will not be delivered. I call to cancel the order or update it with a different item i was told its not possible i will have to order again and pay delivery again. I canceled the entire order yet i was not refunded my delivery charge but my items were not even yet on delivery.

Takealot is charging us delivery and not delivering the items but no refunds are given on delivery charges... What order words then this is ***** or should it be theft as you are taking my money for nothing... How can i pay for a service i never received... Im utterly disgusted...
