Takelot still deducting monthly debit even after cancellation.

I have closed my shop and have been trying for months now to be removed as seller from takelot . My account is deactivated and I can not log in , but keep on getting answer that I need to log in to remove myself as seller. Each month they are still deducting debit order, because I am still registered as seller. Nobody at takelot can - or wants, to help me.
