I bought an Ebook by accident....

Takealot doesnt give a **** about its customers... I've been supporting them for years i made an honest mistake and they can not rectify it on their side.... BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE .... How can you not refund an EBOOK. I bought an EBOOK by mistake .... Only because of a simple missclick...
