Takelot shocking service

Samsung tv went faulty 6 months after buying it on takelot. It went to Samsung and they could not fix it. I have waited over a month and have not received a credit. They are waiting for waybill. Pathetic service. *** AUTHORIZATION FOR CREDIT TAKE A LOT
