Takelot shipping incorrect cheaper items

Recently purchased a Android box from Takelot. They delivered a different cheaper model to me. When I contacted customer service, they kept on cutting me off. They insisted that I return then unit that they sent incorrectly and only the could they ship the correct one. On the return I asked for the correct unit to be shipped. After I returned the unit that they sent incorrectly, they only issued credit to me and said the unit is no longer available. Yet, when I checked the unit was there, but at a more expensive price. Now I have to purchase the unit at an inflated price due to there faulty shipping.
