Takelot service is declining

Still waiting on my sanitizer and refund on Devon faulty product Two orders. One Came without the sanitizer. # ***. Order 2 .# *** the earphones were faulty. Still waiting on refund!! Don’t know what is going on with Takealot!!!!!!!! No response
