Takelot service

I ordered a Beurer watch. When I received my package the box was empty. I contacted Takealot Customer support. They had the package collected and investigated and within a week they delivered my package with my Watch. I thought that it was going to be a huge fight to get my watch out of them but they immediately rectified the mistake. Thanks Takealot.
