Takelot send wrong product twice in a row

I ordered the same product 2 a embroidery frame and received a carpet. On the carpet the scan code shows it is a embroidery frame but what I got twice is a black carpet. I phoned takealot twice to explain the situation and they plead ignorance. They owe me R688.00 for trying to order the frame. The help I get is useles. I just want them to cancel the order and give my money back!
