Takelot selling used products as new

I purchased a portable neck fan from Takealot, it was subsequently delivered in a sealed box, when I opened it I noticed it was dirty and had marks on it. When I turned it on I noticed it didnt work very well either. I submitted a return to takelot stating it was dirty and had marks on it. They declined my return for the reason it had MARKS ON IT! Two months of emailing with no one to actually talk to and they refuse to take it back. They basically sold me a second hand product as new.
