Takelot selling damaged software activation pin

Recently purchased a Microsoft office 360 license from Takelot. They posted an activation card with a pin that cannot be read (damaged) . Now they cannot assistance and sent me on a wild goose chase to Microsoft who will not deal with me cause I didn't purchase from them My advice to the public is not to buy any software online from Takelot. They bought these old cards from stores and are selling them online to unsuspecting people like me.No refunds and no assistance to get the pin what a waste of money.
