Takelot returns delivery items

Takealot services KZN is terrible, this is the second time they have logged that they came to deliver/collect but were never here and never called. My item was returned and credited and says they couldn't deliver for 2 days but we did not even receive a sms notification that the item was out for delivery, no one called us and we were at the delivery address both days. Pathetic to say the leastl
