Takelot returns a nightmare

Their return service is a nightmare! I ordered a patio umbrella which obviously comes with a foot piece hence the expensive price. I received it without the foot piece and it can not work without that as everyone knows very well. I sent it back and my reason was that there is parts missing....only to be informed that my return was rejected because there is parts missing??? Hello!!! I have sent it back now the third time because they keep sending it back to me without the foot piece. I told them to look at their parcel history to see for themselves that the foot piece was not delivered. You should thin a big company which surely must have good systems or we all thought, will be able to see that. You get a consultant with no product knowledge and they keep declining for the reason it was returned. Very frustrating!!! So please be aware that if you order from them that your possible return will become a huge issue.
