Takelot return policy is a blatant lie

I bought a watch for xmas last year. Watch doesnt fit which they allow to either exchange or refund, its been two months. These dumb****s have even changed the reasons why you can return items, only allowing two return reasons. Something they sell to you when they sell, but dont provide after the fact. I have dealt with 4 different people, returned the item twice and still we go round and round. How does a company have this little respect for their clients?
