Takelot return policy

Worst experience ever! Returned Laptop on the 27th of Dec 2024. Absolutely nothing received so far. Tried to phone but all the call center agents are useless. Promises made but none kept! Even emailed CEO (Frederik Zietsman) still no answer of explanation!! Pathetic!
