Takelot return insulting experience

I am very disappointed with the serice i got from takelot i bought a smart tv about 2 years ago and now it is having problems, i checked on my takelot profile and it was still under warranty so i scheduled a return and asked if it can not be fixed replacement please. Firstly the collection was delayd by 5 days before it was collected then they received it and send me a mail that it was received butt the warranty seal was broken with pictures butt no picture where the seal was broken i asked the to let the technical manager phone me back as i unboxed it i returned it as i still have a warranty and don't know anything about tv’s. Another person emailed me and said they will look into the matter with the same warranty seal was broken email so i asked again for the technical manager to phone me butt this did not happen, yet another person mailed me and said the tv will be returned to the warehouse butt 2 days later i got the tv with the same problem. One off my friend came to visit and i told him about the tv he has the exact same tv that he bought from Takelot and he also does not have a warranty seal same as mine so on what grounds did they deny my warranty return then? I did not have any problems to pay the tv butt now there is a problem they have many stories and i feel this is unexeptable. I have bought 2 other tv’s with no problem butt this one that is not working they do not even bother to check. My experience doing the right thing is not the right thing anymore i bought it with good faith butt got a bad experience back in return.
