Takelot return

Because we had the family over for mother's day, I didn't have enough cutlery so on 22.04.2022 my hubby ordered a cutlery set, a plain silver stainless steel set on a stand. On Friday 29.05.2022 they delivered. Only for me to open the parcel to find a GOLD cutlery set in a gold BOX. I immediately logged 2 return tickets on the takelot site, no response. Ever since I have been phoning their customer care line with no answer. I don't know what to do anymore. This was our first online purchase from them and never again. So in the end we didn't get to use our set for mother's day and I'm still sitting with this gold set I do not want.
