Takelot Refusing to accept a Return within 30 Days

I bought a fan sold by Trading Man on Takealot, it came with missing parts! i didn't realize this at first because the user manual is not helpful— lacks detail and clarity, making it difficult to identify which parts are missing on time! I have had to ask multiple people to assist in assembling the fan, and then decided to return it to them within 30 days. I've now been told that i was supposed to report this with 10 days, really? I’m so disappointed. Do not buy from them, would not recommend these ****mers. They have called me now wanting to return the item, what am i going to do with an item with missing parts? i spend the whole year saving up to buy this fan this? Very frustrating experience. Might i add that i have sent them 2 emails last week asking for someone to call me with regards to the outcome of my return, instead they call me today to confirm if i'll be home when they deliver the fan LOL
