Takelot refuse to pay

A take a lot truck was driving in front of me, something jumped out of the truck and knocked my car, chopped off my side mirror living a dent on my door, we met with driver went to the police station, he apologised and he said his company will pay, indeed he submitted all the paper work for insurance to pay,

It's been 4 weeks, they refuse to pay, I use my car for business, 4 weeks I can't work, I've been calling and sending emails they just ignore me, I need help
