takelot refunds

my delivery never arrived. takealot always promised me the next day and so on. however i cancelled my order because i did not receive anything. now takealot will not return my money stating that i am credited for another purchase. i wish not to purchase again so what they trying to say i have lost my money. this is ******** and against the consumer protection act. how many others have lost their cash while takealot are collecting interests on our money
