Takelot really has disappointed me this Christmas!!!

I'm a regular customer at takealot and im in jhb alberton at the moment so i asked for my delivery here at the resistance that im staying at. Its dimension guesthouse andries street brackenhurst alberton. Since Thursday iv been making myself available to recieve this parcel. Iv spoke to nkululeko at the takealot branch in alberton and he kept making arrangements for delivery but ur guys will come...NOT call...and just drive away creating more work and costs for you. Look at my account and see how much i spend at takealot. I spoke to Nkululeko now and he tells me he cant find my parcel which absolutely infuriates me!!! I want my parcel tomorrow or you can cancel it and i will never give takealot my business or time again. And i will NEVER recommend takealot like i always did. My order number is ***0
