takelot quick to take $$$ but not reachable whwn there are "issues"

they take my money, and now i see delivery is like a month later, now I want to be kind to inform them that our delivery place is closing, by replying to they order email. its a auto reply "we are not reading this email. they have good systems for taking money but when there is issues then its a different story:
