Takelot putting customers last.

I ordered an list of products from takelot that was delivered on the 2nd of Nov. One of these was a water flosser. I bought it for my girlfriend and she tested it to see if it works ok. It was the worst product she ever used as the pressure was so low that it basically did nothing and we knew that it would never work properly. I sent it back to takelot for a credit as i was going to spend another R1000 anyway on other stuff. They then sent it back to me saying that there was water in the nozzle. Obvious there will be, how else would we know how useless the product was! I sent them a mail but they just ignored me. I have spent thousands over the years buying stuff from them and felt they could have easily resold this ****py product to someone else. I will not support them anymore as they do not care about the customers. What happened to their slogan that reads: "We are not happy until you are"???
