Takelot poor service

Been strugling since 7 am with polokwane branch to recieve my parcel witch is for a birthday this weekend, to no comunication luck drove 120km to the branch with my money to collect only to be told warehouse closed at 16:00 while im writing this review its 16:03 this is my last order from takelot very poor service thinking of getting a refund on the item i pai R16 000 for to takealot account
