Takelot pathetic service

I placed a order on takelot app for a handbag it should it was available so I paid for it then I chose a date to be collected the 25 th April ... I heard nothing from takelot Tuesday, Wednesday at about 5 pm I decided let me call they tell me the bag out of stock...from Wednesday the 26 April till today 05 may I have been hearing hundred and different stories....no one at top management can resolve this...today I get told it's going to take another 2 weeks to sort this issue out .....I'm am so ****ed off and irritated...I want to put takelot in the newspaper..then they want to offer me a 50 rand voucher ...I have made must be over 30 phone calls I can't even count how many emails ...the worst service ever
