Takelot package wasn't as advertised nor can I return it

Received my parcel.. wasnt as advertised after waiting 2 weeks. Requested a return and refund..received confirmation email. Went to delivery point and was told they don't have it on the system must come back in 3 to 4 days. Emailed takelot received an email stating I can now take my parcel back. Went again to delivery point only to be told again not on the system i must come back in 3 days. Sent an email again to takelot no reply as yet. Very bad service. Losing my patience and money.
