Takelot order not delivered , takelot indicating it was .

I ordered items from takealot which was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of December 2019 , which included gifts for vowing friends . On Monday the 9th December I noticed that my items did not arrive . I logged onto the app and went to my order history only to note that it says the order was delivered and signed for by myself . I was at work that day so could not have signed for the items . My domestic worker was home and confirmed that nothing was delivered and if she accepts parcels she signs using her own name . I immediately emailed takealot and received a response a few hours later to say that the matter was being investigated by someone called Clayton Hendricks . Haven’t heard from him again . I called in on Wednesday and spoke to Ezethu Mayekiso .she was going to escalate to the branch and get back to me . Am still waiting for her response . I responded to her via email and received an email from a person Amanda Gwetyana staying she has sent another email to the branch and would provide feedback . I’m still waiting for feedback .They then had the nerve to send me an email to rate Amanda’s service . I responded that I was not happy with any service and expect this matte tot be resolved as I had paid takealot for the items and if the delivery company did not deliver the items then they should fulfill the order and replace my items . Also explained that the guests are leaving soon without gifts . I response to this email . I then called in on the 15 December and spoke to Valentia Mazula . I told her I wanted to speak to a manager . After a Long wait I spoke to Lawrence Around 12 pm and he Said he would ge track to me with a resolution soon , the same day . I’m still waiting. Valencia sent an email to say she is looking into the matter urgently , but no urgency noted from anyone . I am appalled at this service and am a frequent takealot shopper but now will not order online as I have realised now if ones order does not arrive and takealot thinks it does from the courier , the client is not considered or even assisted in the mess . It was quite a huge order I placed and now am left lost , without the gifts and no one from takelot Willing to take responsibility. Please be careful when ordering as you are not guaranteed to receive your order . And if this happens no responsibility taken by the company .
