Takelot...... of lies it seems

I registered my order on 03 May, ands made a payment on 04 May. The delivery date was noted as Tuesday, 10 May, for which I also received an e-mail to confirm the delivery date. This was already a disappointment as we live in a modern world. The order was suppose to be a gift for Mothers day. Over the weekend I saw the delivery date was postponed to a day later, and now 11 May. On Tuesday, 10 May I saw the order was still not shipped, which made me doubt if the delivery will still take place on 11 May. I called Takelot customer care, and the consultant noted that the delivery was collected from the supplier and will be shipped and delivered on 11 May. I asked him if he was sure, and he again confirm that delivery will be on 11 May. Today, 11 May up to now, 15:28, no delivery was made, and the order still show "Not yet shipped". This is a disappointment not only for myself, but for my wife that had an expectation. The delivery date was moved on with a day, but still nothing. I also ordered books for my son`s studies, and this will only be delivered after two (2) weeks, WOW!!! What is wrong Takelot, you are dropping the ball here. Order numbers: Order #*** and Order #***
