Takelot not trustworthy. False advertising.

False advertising - The taupe colour of Bella Diamond Pleat Headboard - Covered Buttons is definitely NOT taupe! Colour is hideous and will not go with any other taupe you have in your home. I logged a return and although there is stock of other colours, Takelot will not change it. They lie and say the supplier is out of stock. I sent screenshots of there being stock and they just ignore me. Communication poor from their side. I bought the headboard on heritage day (on special). They credited my account with the amount I paid, now it is not on special any longer and they expect me to pay full price and R200 shipping for a second time. They could have just replaced the headboard with another colour as requested, it was their mistake after all. But instead they lie and scheme… IM SO DISAPPOINTED!
