Takelot not living up their promises

I have a very bad experience with Takelot lately. I have a big order that was delivered , apparently, by takelot. I think it was delivered to the wrong address.

My problem is that, I have been complaining the whole week and dont get any feedback from takelot. They just say it has been deliverd. I ask them tell me who signed for the delivery and they say that they have to check with Skynet, who was the company they used.

I think the problem is that Skynet delivered to the wrong address.

This is not my problem, because I did business with Takelot and not skynet.

Takelot never had any problems to deliver to this specific address in the past.
