Takelot not delivering our ordered items.

All our Christmas orders has not arrived that was almost 3000Rand without a refund. They never delivered our parcels and automatically logged a return without consent. Im fedup with mails up and down every day for my purchase. I will strongly recommend not to use takealot anymore. The customer is let down and no one follows up or find a solution. Also the delivery guy gave me and my mom a lot of attitude cos i wasn't home to receive the parcels but i did phone back and rushed home to sign paperwork for an item i never ordered. I expect my money back or my items delivered. How hard can it be.
