Takelot no service after hours....

I likr takelot because they are South African but... I am placing an order around R800 and after submitting my payment being ebucks, they told me I have insufficient funds, while displaying on the same screen I have more than R5000 (eB50000) available... ...but that is not my complaint, Takelot customer service is not availible after hours... so if you want to run a 24/7 shop, please have a 24/7 help desk... otherwise do not alow orders after 5pm....because the shop is closed....
