TAKELOT-MORE IS ****, POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Poor customer experience received from takealot, i have ordered an item via takealot-more hoping i will get the item sooner than expected only to fight out that takelot-more means a week later. to add a cherry on top the driver was very rude he even denied telling me his name because he just came and hooted and make drama outside my gate without calling to let me know that hes outside. i have never received such a treatment from takelot since but i guess things change and standard drops. but i am not happy at all i tried engaging with with Monde.M regarding all this bad customer experience.
