TAKELOT MISSING ITEM

Received my order on the 22 November. An item was missing from my purchase.I called in to the call centre at takealot.Explained the situation and was told I will receive feedback in 48hours regarding the missing item.Its been a week no response.I called in today only to be told they will get back to me in 2hrs. They need to check the footage at the warehouse,because according to the warehouse the item was packed. I am shocked at the lies disclosed by the warehouse staff. I have paid for an item and I have not received it. Must I wait for forever to be sent what I paid for??? I am shocked really. It literally feels like daylight
