Takelot makes Santa look like he hates childres

No usually I am the biggest advocate for Takealot but this Christmas they have made me so upset. I saved up and bought my son the expensive R749 Nerf - Dinosquad - Rex-Rampage gun on 1 December. This was a gift from "Father Christmas" Firstly it arrived and was filthy so i had to use wipes to try clean it before hiding it away. Christmas eve he opens it with excitement as he has been waiting for 8 months only for it not to work. We bought brand new batteries and still didnt work. On returning home we logged it for replacement. It was collected on 2 January. We then get an email to say they are out of stock and will credit our account. The next time I look at Takealot (12 January) it is amazingly back in stock but now its R1000!!!! I emailed Takealot only to get an email back saying SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Are you kidding? This is like a crazy ****? Its R251 more than December and you wouldnt replace it as then you would not get the extra money. It is disgusting and I have a child here that thinks Santa hates him and sends defective stuff that he has been waiting for almost a year for. I dont have an additional R251 in my budget to buy something you sold that was broken originally. This has caused massive emotional stress for my child. Takealot you should be ashamed!
