Takelot loses and refuses return

I requested a return of two items on the 15th of November. I had to keep calling and the items were only collected by the courier on the 25th of November. The items then remained at the courier depot and I had to repeatedly request that the items be returned to Takealot. While one item was credited, the other item was passed around and not credited even though I received confirmation that it was received. The item meets all the requirements of being credited. This issue was escalated to NINE people and now the return is cancelled because it does not fall within the 30 days even though IT WAS ALREADY AT Takealot well within the 30 day period. They have messed up so badly - I dealt with Myrtle Peterson, Luke du Preez, Janey Jansen, Sivenesan Achery, Dani, Aneeqah Diedericks, Johannes Viljoen, Lesley Anne and Meghanne C. Not one of these people, to whom the issue was 'escalated', has been able to process a simple return.
