Takelot loses 50kg desk and my replacement is a mystery

Takealot “loses” a 50kg desk and can’t explain it. I have called daily only to get the same response tHat they will follow up and send em an email, at which point it stops and we get nowhere. It’s been more than a week and ongoing. I get told they will call back. Still waiting. I ask to speak to a senior, they’re busy in the line and will call me back. Still waiting. They owe me a desk worth close to R3000 and have my money. Yet impossible to get back to ME!!! I have to call them and still nothing. Wth takealot?!
