Takelot living up to its Name

Been denied by Takelot to credit me after an empty box has been delivered to me of a cellphone to the value of R17k. All they said was that the matter has been reviewed and wharehouse footage has been looked at and everything seems legit. Now i have no credit returned and no cellphone either. The Takelot group has now closed the investigation and declined the return.

The investigation by the Takelot is as empty as the box where my "Supposed" Cellphone was supposed to have been in. Two witnessess or both drivers saw that the box was empty, when delivered and collected, so Takelot.com, you are really living up to your name.

Ombud will be contacted and i will personally go to the distribution centre to see if they are as legit as they say their investigation has been.
