Takelot **** and then made the Exchanged item cost double

I bought a heater from takelot and was very happy with it. Within a few days however the control dial broke off. I returned it requesting an exchange or repair after a week have been told it's out of Stoke and my account was credited. Looking on the website the item is not only in Stoke but still being sold for DOUBLE the price I paid 2 weeks ago!

This is ridiculous! Not only has takelot **** to me about it being out of stock but they are forcing me to pay double what I paid for the item 2 weeks ago! This is completely unacceptable and I can't believe a business of this size which till now has provided amazing service has done this.
